  • Unit 313 was created on the Spring Equinox, March 21st, 1947, by Director of Central Intelligence, General Hoyt Vandenberg, and scientist and occultist, Jack Parsons. As a covert group operating for the U.S. Government during the early days of the Cold War, the Unit worked on combining the best parts of science, technology and the occult arts in order to help safeguard the world from alien incursions.
